INSTRUCTIONS FOR TEAM REGISTRATION:

- Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
- Use a phone, tablet, or preferably a Laptop/Computer for easier form completion
Prepare Required Information:
- Team Name
- State / Club Location
- Team Contact Person (Manager/Coach)
- Active Email Address
- Phone Number
- Accompany Referee
Player Information (for all players)
- Full Name (as it appears officially)
- Date of Birth
- Position
- Passport Photograph (clear image) – less than 150kb
- VIS ID (Valid VIS ID)
- Minimum of 12-players
Fill the Online Form
- Enter all team details correctly.
- Add players one by one into the system.
- Upload each player’s passport photograph where required.
- Accompany Referee and Passport required
- Team officials and passport
- Double-check spellings and numbers before submission.
Submit Registration
- Click Submit / Register Team
